We’re a fast-growing AI Personalization startup working with leading brands in Israel and the US, backed by top Silicon Valley VCs. Our platform helps DTC brands uncover conversion leaks and deliver personalized, optimized experiences in real time.

We’re looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization Consultant / Customer Success Manager to join early and help scale our customers’ success.


What you'll do

  • Lead onboarding and manage day-to-day customer relationships
  • Provide CRO insights, guidance, and proactive optimization recommendations
  • Build digital experiences on our platform—personalizations, experiments, and UX improvements
  • Translate customer needs into product insights and help shape the roadmap
  • Develop workflows and best practices as we scale
  • Work closely with our founders to ensure customers succeed, stay, and grow



What we're looking for

  • Have hands-on experience in CRO, eCommerce web development, or eCommerce management. Ideally, you previously worked at a Marketing agency working with eCommerce brands.
  • Have worked in a customer-facing role and know how to build strong relationships
  • Are fluent in Hebrew and English
  • Are technically oriented and quick to learn new tools
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy taking full ownership
  • Are proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated by impact—not bureaucracy


Salary

$80,000 – $130,000 base salary + equity
