About CashBook
CashBook is transforming the way businesses manage employee expenses and financial workflows. We’re looking for a Customer Support Executive who is passionate about helping customers, solving problems, and ensuring a smooth user experience.
Location: Bengaluru (On-site) - IndiraNagar
Experience: 0–1 years
Role Type: Full-time
CTC: Upto 3.5 LPA
What You’ll Do:
As a Customer Support Executive at CashBook, you will be the first point of contact for our users and play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer queries via calls, emails, and chat
- Assisting users with manual bookkeeping features (cash in/out, entries, reports)
- Supporting customers on UPI, wallet, and payment-related issues (transactions, limits, failures, refunds)
- Guiding users through app features, subscriptions, and settings
- Troubleshooting basic issues and coordinating with internal teams for resolution
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues in the CRM/support tools
- Following up with users to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Sharing customer feedback and common issues with the product and tech teams
What We’re Looking For:
- 0–1 years of experience in customer support, customer success, or a similar role
- Good understanding of bookkeeping basics and digital payments (UPI)
- Strong communication skills (Hindi+ English language preferred)
- Ability to explain concepts in simple, user-friendly terms
- Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working with mobile apps and support systems
- Prior experience in fintech, SaaS, or accounting apps is a plus (not mandatory)
