Job Description

Swipe is a billing and payments app for 2M+ SMEs in India which is backed by Y Combinator and top-tier VCs and Angel Investors from Silicon Valley and India. We make it easy for local businesses to invoice their customers over WhatsApp. With Swipe, businesses can send a WhatsApp message with a link that allows their customers to pay instantly with various payment methods.

What You Will Do

Provide exceptional support through our chat support, Intercom, and on calls.
Conduct product walkthroughs and guide customers in utilizing our app to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Handle customer complaints and escalations empathetically and professionally, striving to resolve them efficiently.
Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
Identify recurring queries and trends in customer inquiries to improve product usability and customer experience.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, providing ongoing support and understanding customer needs.
Collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to offer valuable insights derived from customer interactions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions using CRM tools for continuous improvement.
Provide insights into customer preferences and market trends to inform marketing initiatives.

What we’re looking for

An internship or full-time experience in customer success or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
You are customer-obsessed and genuinely care for customers.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
A team player with a willingness to collaborate across departments.
