πŸ§‘β€πŸ’»Β YOUR ROLE

We’re looking for a customer-first operator who can ensure our enterprise customers have a smooth, reliable, and value-driven experience with Arrowhead’s AI calling agents.

This role is about ownership, follow-through, and trust. You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to make sure deployments go right, issues are resolved fast, and customers genuinely succeed with our product.

Your work will involve:

  • 🀝 Own customer onboarding, go-lives, and early adoption journeys
  • πŸ“ž Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day customer communication
  • πŸ—‚ Track requirements, action items, and follow-ups to ensure nothing slips
  • πŸ“Š Monitor customer usage, satisfaction, and basic account health metrics
  • 🚨 Identify issues early and coordinate with product, AI/QC, and operations teams for resolution
  • πŸ” Enable customers on new features, updates, and best practices
  • πŸ“ Capture customer feedback and represent the customer’s voice internally

βœ… QUALIFICATIONS

  • 0–4 years experience in a customer-facing or customer-centric role
  • Strong proficiency in English and Hindi
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong follow-through
  • Comfortable communicating with customers, internal teams, and senior stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, in-person startup environment

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to BFSI, fintech, SaaS, or enterprise customers
  • Experience in customer success, account management, CX, ops, or consulting roles
