Mission and Role Purpose - The role incumbent is required to ensure customers connect to assist, process orders and answer question. this role serves as the key communication link between customers, sales teams, Planning, logistics, and technical departments. The role ensures timely order processing, accurate documentation, and superior customer satisfaction.
Accountability & Responsibilities
Educational Qualification - B Com/ B Sc or any graduate with SAP exposure
Duration of experience - 2–5 years of experience in customer service (order management), sales coordination within chemical, polymer, or any manufacturing sectors.

Accountability & Responsibilities
- Maintaining excellent service to Customer.
- Manage end-to-end customer order process including order entry, confirmation, delivery coordination, and invoicing
- Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding product availability, lead times, shipments, and documentation.
- Coordinate with sales, planning, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Addresses customer complaints, returns, and claims promptly while maintaining accurate records.
- Support sales teams with contract documentation, and periodic sales data reports.
- Maintain customer master data and pricing records in SAP.
- Assist in forecasting, demand planning, and inventory monitoring in collaboration with sales.
- Ensure compliance with company’s HSE, quality, and regulatory policies during all customer interactions
- Accountable for Commercial Management through ensuring ownership of commercial correspondence until collection, Periodic customer overdue assessment, Review and apply Credit limit requisition as per business requirements, Price list processing, Response time to customer queries, Accuracy in order entry, delivery coordination and invoicing, Reduction in delivery or documentation errors,
- Accountable for Order Management, keep track of Sales & Open Orders to ensure Forecast Accuracy is maintained, Receive and process the customer orders, either directly from the customer or from company’s Sales Managers, pass all the related information to the Planning Team, and then arrange the delivery of the product/services to the customers.
- Monthly MIS - To support in preparing monthly reports
- Ad hoc Work closure related to the Department- Management of any complaints or disputes in collaboration with the other functions, carry out any other work-related duty assigned by the reporting Manager, Communicate, coordinate and work together as a team with the Company’s internal departments which are involved in the daily business
Educational Qualification - B Com/ B Sc or any graduate with SAP exposure
Duration of experience - 2–5 years of experience in customer service (order management), sales coordination within chemical, polymer, or any manufacturing sectors.
Nature of experience –
- Fluent with SAP ERP (S&D Module) (HANA) system is a must
- Good command over Written and Spoken English
- Good command of MS office specifically Excel and powerpoint.
