About the Company

A well-known global consumer brand is building its India customer operations and has partnered with Flexiple to hire. You will support customers of a brand millions already trust, and help set the standard for how they are looked after. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will own a queue of customer cases, handle the trickier ones others escalate, and bring consistency and quality to every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Case Ownership

  • Manage and resolve customer cases across channels with high quality
  • Handle sensitive or complex queries with empathy and good judgement
  • Keep records accurate and follow cases through to resolution

Standards & Improvement

  • Maintain tone, accuracy, and consistency against service standards
  • Share feedback and recurring themes to improve the customer experience

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 1 to 5 years in customer service or support, ideally with a quality focus
  • Excellent written and spoken English with a warm, clear style
  • Strong attention to detail and ownership of outcomes
  • A reliable remote-work setup and comfort with support tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with a consumer, retail, or e-commerce brand
  • Familiarity with helpdesk and CRM tools
  • Exposure to quality monitoring or process documentation
