As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and ensuring every customer interaction feels smooth and memorable.


What You’ll Work On

• Responding to customer queries via email, chat, and phone

• Assisting customers with orders, returns, exchanges, and product-related questions

• Resolving complaints and issues while maintaining a positive and professional experience

• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment

• Gathering and reporting customer feedback to help improve products and services

• Supporting the team in improving response templates and customer support workflows


What We Expect

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)

• Strong empathy and a customer-first mindset

• Ability to manage multiple customer queries efficiently while maintaining quality responses

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or e-commerce platforms

• Prior experience in customer support or e-commerce is preferred

• Strong problem-solving ability and the capacity to remain calm under pressure


Who You Are

• 1–2 years of experience in customer support, call center, or e-commerce support (preferred but not mandatory)

• A quick thinker who enjoys solving problems and helping customers

• Someone who enjoys improving processes and making systems more efficient

• Passionate about creating smooth and thoughtful customer experiences

• Willing to go the extra mile to keep customers happy
