- Provide support to Territory Managers by answering incoming calls and emails, researching information, and processing orders
- Manage customer inquiries regarding order history, pricing, and delivery issues
- Resolve problems related to customer orders, including delivery discrepancies and back orders
- Communicate with internal departments such as Accounting and Purchasing to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role
- High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years' customer service experience, including knowledge of shipping procedures and inventory control
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage deadlines effectively
- Proficiency in MS Windows and Office applications
- Call center experience is a plus
- Familiarity with maintaining a customer database and Internet navigation
