Job Description: As a part of the US Healthcare - Inbound Voice Process, your primary responsibility will be to assist US-based customers with queries related to healthcare insurance. The role demands excellent communication skills, a strong customer-service mindset, and attention to detail. Location: Salt Lake City, Kolkata, West Bengal Shift: US Shift (Night Shift) Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off Experience: Fresher / Experienced Salary: Upto ? 3 LPA Facility: One way (drop) Roles & Responsibilities: The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists. Handle inbound calls from US-based members regarding healthcare insurance, claims, policy details, and coverage. Resolve customer queries promptly with a customer-first approach.
