- Must have a conducive and quiet workspace with reliable internet access
- Experience in the automotive industry, particularly with vehicle repair and parts pricing
- Strong emotional intelligence and resilience to maintain positivity in challenging situations
- Proven ability to thrive in a high-paced, team-oriented environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage diverse audiences
- Passionate about personal and professional growth in a customer service setting
