Senior Customer Service Representative (Email – Back Office)
Mandatory Requirements (Quick View)
➡️Profile: Email Back Office
➡️Experience: Minimum 1 year (preferably supporting US-based processes)
➡️Shift: Saturday to Friday (Night Shift), 5 days a week with 2 weekly offs (Saturday & Sunday included)
➡️Education: Graduate / Postgraduate (Mandatory)
➡️Mode: Hybrid – Candidates preferably from Chennai.

About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative with strong email support experience, ideally in a US-based customer service environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences through accurate documentation and effective written communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage store-based, employee-based, and digital coupon-related customer issues via email.
- Review cases, analyze information/tools, and provide accurate resolutions.
- Use appropriate templates and maintain detailed documentation for each case.
- Update customer records and classify cases correctly.
- Follow up on open issues to ensure timely closure.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in written format.
- Learn new processes quickly and apply correct resolution methods.
