Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Haldwani. The Customer Service Representative will handle incoming inquiries, provide accurate information about services, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to phone, email, and chat requests, documenting interactions, following up on open cases, and ensuring that customers receive a positive and consistent experience. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs, gathering feedback to improve services, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

- Candidates should possess skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience to ensure positive interactions and long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess experience working as Customer Service Representatives or in similar customer-facing roles.
- Relevant skills such as active listening, empathy, conflict resolution, and time management.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications, CRM or ticketing tools is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Haldwani, manage multiple queries, and maintain a professional, solution-oriented attitude.
- Prior experience in IT or digital services environments is an advantage.
