Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and timely resolution of issues. The role involves managing service requests, logging interactions in CRM systems, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience. The representative will collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex cases, support process improvements, and adhere to quality and compliance standards. The position also requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of AIONOS products, services, and policies to deliver consistent and professional support.
