Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Jalandhar. The representative will engage with customers to provide assistance, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. - Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support
- Skills in maintaining Customer Satisfaction and improving Customer Experience
- Ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism and empathy
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in transportation or logistics is a plus
- Proficiency in computer applications and CRM systems is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred
