About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive who will act as the first point of contact for our customers. You will assist customers with queries, orders, and concerns while ensuring a smooth and positive brand experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via Instagram, WhatsApp, email, and other support channels.
  • Respond to customer messages, comments, and DMs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with order tracking, returns, exchanges, and product-related inquiries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, and marketing) to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear communication and problem-solving.
  • Support daily customer service operations and improve response processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills in Hindi & English (written & verbal).
  • Customer-first mindset with patience and empathy.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and online communication.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to work from office and manage daily responsibilities efficiently.
