Eligibility Criteria
- Education:
- Graduates (Any stream) – Freshers are welcome!
- Undergraduates – Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO voice process required.
- Availability:
- Immediate Joiners required.
- Comfortable with Rotational Shifts (24/7 environment).
- 5-day working week with 2 rotational week-offs.
Required Skills
- Communication: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Soft Skills: Strong active listening, empathy, and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Technical: Basic computer proficiency and decent typing speed.
