⚡ We’re Hiring – Customer Service / Operations Manager (Remote) ⚡

As part of the growing operations of E4EV India, we are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service / Operations Manager to join our EV charging network team.

📍 Position: Customer Service / Operations Manager
📍 Location: Remote

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Support EV users facing issues at charging stations
✅ Coordinate with the internal operations and technical teams
✅ Collect customer feedback and improve service experience
✅ Ensure smooth communication and issue resolution

🌐 Language Requirements:
✔ English
✔ Malayalam
✔ Hindi
➕ Tamil & Kannada will be an added advantage

🎯 Preferred Qualifications:
🔹 Experience in EV Charging / CPO operations is an added advantage
🔹 Strong communication and coordination skills
🔹 Customer handling experience preferred
