The Role

As a Remote Customer Service Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of customer service representatives to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for developing strategies to enhance customer experience, managing team performance, and driving operational efficiency.

  • Oversee daily operations of the customer service team
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery

Team Structure: You will manage a team of customer service representatives and work closely with the operations and sales teams.
