Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Executive to join our growing experts. This role is critical for bridging the gap between our international operations, specifically coordinating between our USA production team and our India-based management. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring that inquiries regarding our diverse product lines—including canvas, frames, and acrylics—are handled with precision and care.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within an E-commerce or Logistics environment.
- Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable working a dedicated night shift to align with Western time zones (USA).
- Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn and explain the technical differences between materials like canvas, acrylic, and wood frames.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills are required for professional interaction with international partners.
- Problem Solving: A proactive mindset to handle logistics hurdles or production delays independently during shift hours.
