Job Description
Customer Support Executive - Voice
Leading IT firm in Kochi, looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle inbound voice calls, resolve customer queries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls in a professional manner
- Retail Voice Support
- Assist employees of clients through calls.
- Provide help regarding employee queries.
- Address customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
- Maintain records of customer interactions in the system
Basic Requirements:
- Educational qualification – Plus two and above
- Excellent Communication skill- Speaking (CEFR-B2)
- Able to quickly understand issues and requests employees.
- Immediate joiner
- Willing to work in rotational 9hrs shift (8hrs work+1hr break, mostly night shift )
- Rotational week-off
- Level 1 hiring
- Salary offered- 2,72,300 to 3,50,000 LPA
- Location- Kochi (Kakkanad)
- Cab availability from 6.30PM-6.30AM within 25KM premises of office
