Job Description

A high-volume customer experience provider in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and contact-centre services sector delivering frontline voice and digital support for retail, telecom and e-commerce clients across India.

Primary title: Customer Support Executive

About The Opportunity

We are hiring entry-level on-site Customer Support Executives to join a fast-paced contact centre operation. This is an excellent role for freshers or candidates seeking an entry-level customer-facing position with structured training, clear KPIs and career progression opportunities. Location: India (on-site). Stipend/Salary: up to INR 15,000/month.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer interactions across phone, email and chat to resolve service requests and product queries promptly.
  • Log, update and close tickets in the CRM/ticketing system while following SLAs and quality checklists.
  • Perform order status checks, returns and refunds processing, and basic troubleshooting per standard operating procedures.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior teams with accurate documentation and follow-up until resolution.
  • Achieve daily/weekly KPIs: AHT, First-Call Resolution, CSAT and adherence targets.
  • Participate in training, team huddles and quality improvement initiatives to maintain service excellence.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 10+2 completed or equivalent; graduates welcome (entry-level role).
  • Fluent English (verbal & written); regional language proficiency an advantage.
  • Comfortable working on-shore in rotational shifts including night shifts when required.
  • Basic computer literacy: email, web, and MS Office.
  • Friendly, patient phone manner with ability to follow scripts and SOPs.
  • Willingness to attend on-site training and regular performance coaching.

Preferred

  • Prior internship or exposure to call centre/retail/customer-facing roles.
  • Familiarity with any CRM or ticketing platform.
  • Additional regional language skills.
