The Customer Service Executive will act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a consistently positive service experience across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and concerns via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms
- Provide accurate information and effective resolutions to customer complaints
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely, polite, and professional communication
- Record and update all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
- Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex or unresolved issues
- Adhere to defined communication scripts, service standards, and quality guidelines
- Meet assigned SLA, productivity, and quality benchmarks
Skills & Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective problem-solving and active listening abilities
- Empathy with a customer-first approach
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools
- Any graduate or final-year student
- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required
Role Benefits & Work Details
