Role Summary

As a CSA in Fashion & Lifestyle, you will be the face of the brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, assisting with product selection, and supporting store operations. Your role is key in creating a welcoming environment that reflects the brands style and values.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries, styling suggestions, and purchases
Provide detailed information on product features, sizing, pricing, and promotions
Process transactions efficiently using POS systems, including returns and exchanges
Maintain store cleanliness, merchandise organization, and visual appeal
Support inventory management, restocking, and product tagging
Collaborate with the store team to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction
Stay updated on fashion trends and new arrivals to guide customers effectively
Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy

Skills & Qualifications

Education: Minimum 10+2; Diploma or Bachelor's in Fashion, Retail, or related field preferred
Experience: 12 years in retail, preferably in fashion or lifestyle segments
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused attitude with a flair for fashion
Basic proficiency in POS systems and retail operations
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a proactive mindset
