We are looking for a dynamic and organized Administration Executive to join our team at Dhwani Sangeet Mahavidyalaya! If you have excellent written and spoken English proficiency, along with strong skills in MS-Word and MS-Excel, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars
• Prepare and maintain important documents and reports using MS-Word and MS-Excel
• Communicate effectively with clients and vendors, both in person and over the phone
• Assist with office operations, such as ordering supplies and managing office equipment
• Coordinate and organize events and workshops held at the Mahavidyalaya
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the role
  
  

Requirements

• Should be comfortable in calling the prospective clients.
• Should be patient, polite, able to multitask & should have the ability to work under pressure.

Performances- In order to give stage exposure to our students, we conduct live music performance-jamming sessions every saturday. There are jamming sessions on all festivals & days of national importance. We also conduct an annual day every year. For now, all these are being done virtually to ensure safety during the pandemic.
