Job Definition:


Driving Incremental Revenue through targeted customer & product led campaign. Provide the Adobe technical bridge between the campaign briefings and operations team, having a solid understanding of the full end-to-end campaign process, from brief to delivery, and working with internal stakeholders in order to ensure that campaign deadlines are achieved.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND MEASURES


  • Designing Marketing campaigns - that caters to the biz requirement led by a detailed business plan, outlining the most opportune target segment & why and the creative solution for the business category backed by data & ROI
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution - using Adobe Campaign tool
  • Execute CRM campaigns – by developing complex workflows for multi-channel campaigns across Omni Channel platforms to achieve volume, quality, and ROI goals
  • Work with the Head of CRM and wider CRM team on the strategy to drive engagement and retention.
  • Champion Adobe Campaign in the business and be there for technical support for the wider Marketing team
  • Support with data briefs, developing workflows and ensure recommendations are made to improve campaign performance
  • Maintain & optimise all BAU campaigns, as well as be accountable for building new and innovative campaigns
  • Collaborating & coordinating with various cross-functional, internal and external stake holders to deliver meaningful results on time.
  • Manage program performance and customer behaviour through customer segmentation, program and campaign level impact (return on investment and profitability).


Collateral & Creatives


  • Design Communication – SMS/e-mail testing structure to ensure ability to read and properly measure a/b tests
  • Work on designing, creating and executing collateral related to Loyalty
  • Work with internal marketing teams and external vendors
  • Work on content, ideas and brief with the digital agencies and ensure timely delivery.
