Role Description

This full-time, on-site Customer Relationship Specialist role is based in Malappuram. The specialist will handle daily customer interactions via phone, email, chat, and in-store conversations, ensuring that inquiries about products, orders, and customization options are resolved promptly and courteously. Responsibilities include supporting customers through the buying journey, addressing concerns, managing follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or order management systems. The role involves monitoring customer feedback, identifying trends, and sharing insights with the team to improve service quality and product offerings. The specialist will collaborate closely with sales, operations, and design teams to ensure customer expectations are clearly communicated and consistently met.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and provide a positive experience across touchpoints.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Relationship management to build long-term trust and encourage repeat business.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication and active listening.
  • Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret customer feedback, identify service gaps, and suggest improvements.
  • Ability to work on-site in Malappuram and manage multiple customer requests with attention to detail.
  • Comfort using computers, CRM tools, and online platforms; prior experience in e-commerce or retail is an advantage.
  • Professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach when interacting with diverse customers.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles is preferred; a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
