This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Customer Relationship Specialist. The professional will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling customer service needs. The role involves managing feedback, resolving issues, and enhancing customer experiences to align with the company’s commitment to outstanding service.

• Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Support
• Excellent Communication abilities to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess and resolve customer concerns efficiently
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, and work in a dynamic on-site environment
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or similar customer-facing industries is an advantage
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
