We are a Canada based company with office in Lucknow. The candidate will work in Lucknow.

Customer Relationship Executive will play a key business role for the company. Based out of Lucknow, he or she will manage sales queries, handle order pipelines and provide general business development support.

Job Description

• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
• Resolves problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Handle operations related to customer service to ensure goods are delivered to customers on time.
• Handle the chat window. Customers visiting the website will ask queries using the chat window.

Skills Requirement

MOST IMPORTANT* - *Excellent English language communication skills, both oral and written.

• Working experience in start-up environment is a plus
• Customer service mindset with focus on quality
• Proficient in MS Office tools
• Proactive and should be self-driven
• Phone skills - to be able to take calls from customers and educate them on the product, answer the queries and resolve issue if needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
