Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Manager based in Jalandhar. The CRM Manager will be responsible for maintaining and improving customer satisfaction by managing client relationships, analyzing customer data, and developing effective strategies. Responsibilities include overseeing customer relationship programs, segmenting markets for targeted engagement, supporting sales efforts, and managing CRM-related projects to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting customer data, trends, and insights
- Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Proficiency in Sales and understanding customer needs to drive revenue growth
- Knowledge of Market Segmentation for targeted engagement and personalization
- Project Management experience to oversee CRM initiatives and ensure timely delivery
- Familiarity with CRM tools and systems is an advantage
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and an aptitude for managing customer-centric strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
