Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


• Handle the complete documentation process for investor onboarding and transactions.

• Prepare and verify KYC documents, agreements, investment forms, and payment schedules.

• Coordinate with investors to collect required documents and signatures within the given timelines.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure all documents are uploaded and updated.

• Follow up with investors consistently till documentation and signing is fully completed.

• Share investment documents, receipts, confirmations, and related reports with investors.

• Maintain trackers and MIS in Excel for documentation status and submissions.

• Work closely with the sales and finance team for smooth transaction closures.

• Provide professional and timely support to investors for any documentation-related queries.

• Manage and maintain the investor database and CRM system with accurate and updated information.

• Handle inbound and outbound investor inquiries, providing complete details on workspace investment opportunities.


Skills & Requirements:


• 6 months to 1 year of experience in CRM / Documentation / Investment Sales / Real Estate preferred. Even fresher could be considered.

• Experience in commercial, co-working, or fractional real estate investments preferred.

• Strong understanding of document handling and KYC compliance.

• Basic knowledge of Excel (data entry, formatting, trackers).

• Experience working on CRM platforms (LeadSquared / Zoho / Salesforce or similar).

• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

• Detail-oriented and well-organized with a proactive approach.
