Job Title : Zoho Creator Administrator Location : Hyderabad Department : Business Operations Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Zoho Creator Administrator to manage, maintain, and enhance our Zoho Creator applications and related Zoho ecosystem integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Zoho Creator?s Deluge scripting, workflow automation, app customization, and user management, ensuring smooth operations. Key Responsibilities 1. Application Management Administer, optimize, and secure Zoho Creator apps, workflows, and reports. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity. Manage access control, roles, and compliance configurations. 2. Development & Customization Design and deploy custom Zoho Creator applications and dashboards using Deluge scripting . Tailor forms, logic, and user interfaces to business needs. Integrate with Zoho CRM, Books, Desk, People, Analytics , and third-party platforms via Zoho Flow, APIs, or custom connectors . 3. Process Automation Analyze workflows and identify automation opportunities across departments. Implement scalable, low-code solutions to boost efficiency and reduce manual work. 4. User Support & Enablement Serve as the internal Zoho expert and first point of contact for app support. Deliver user training, documentation, and troubleshooting guidance. Foster adoption of digital tools through best-practice advocacy. 5. Data Governance & Security Enforce robust data governance, access policies, and audit trails. Manage backups and ensure compliance with data protection standards. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor?s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). 0 - 2 years in Zoho Creator administration/development. Strong command of Deluge scripting , workflows, and conditional logic. Experience integrating Zoho apps and REST APIs. Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills. Collaborative, systems-thinking mindset. Preferred Plus Experience with Zoho One suite administration. Basic JavaScript, HTML, or CSS for UI enhancements. Familiarity with Zoho Analytics or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). Zoho Creator or Zoho One certification. Familiarity with Zoho Flow , Zoho CRM , Books , Desk, People, Analytics and REST API integrations.
