Role Description The Customer Relations Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad. This role involves daily interaction with customers to understand their service needs, schedule appointments, and provide status updates on repairs and maintenance. The specialist will handle inquiries and concerns, ensure prompt and accurate responses, and support the service team in delivering a smooth customer experience. Responsibilities include managing customer records, following up after services to gauge satisfaction, and assisting in implementing customer feedback initiatives. The role requires consistent collaboration with technicians and management to maintain clear communication and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills for handling inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
