Customer operations associate

Healthcare is one of the largest industries where AI can drive meaningful impact, and drive it very quickly. Mantys (YC) is an AI-powered revenue cycle management platform for GCC health practices. Our platform automates eligibility verification and prior authorizations and help clinics not only save time by automating manual processes but also increase revenue with enhanced insights. Mantys is backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator and Peak XV, and was founders come from from reputed institutions like McKinsey and IIT.

Over the last year, Mantys has grown from a small team to working with some of the leading hospital groups across the UAE.

Now we're looking for someone to own one of the most important parts of the company: making our customers successful.

This isn't a traditional Customer Success role.

You'll own customer implementations end-to-end—from kickoff to go-live—work directly with hospital operations and IT teams, solve problems alongside our engineers, train users, and make sure customers get real value from the product. You'll also help us build the processes that allow us to scale from dozens of customers to hundreds.

If you enjoy operating in ambiguity, working directly with customers, and building systems rather than just following them, you'll probably enjoy this role.

We're looking for someone with:

• 2–5 years in Customer Success, Implementation, Consulting ,Operations, or Project Management
• Strong ownership and communication skills
• Enterprise SaaS or healthcare experience (preferred, not required)
