Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Growth Lead based in Bhubaneswar. You own the scoreboard. Pipeline reviews, cadence, KPIs, role-plays, hard conversations. You're the operating rhythm of the customer's BD team. From onboarding to renewal, you're the single point of trust and execution. Every objection, workflow gap, and "I wish it could..." you hear in the field flows straight to the team building our product. The role includes collaborating with internal teams to develop growth strategies, fostering trust with customers, and ensuring their continued partnership with Kutlerri.ai.
Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years in CS, sales, BD, or account management. Bonus if you've done two of those.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective customer relationships
- Excellent communication skills for clear and proactive interaction with clients and internal teams
- Analytical skills for interpreting data and making strategic growth decisions
- You've carried a number. You know what a missed quarter feels like.
- You hold complexity well. Multiple customers, multiple priorities, nothing dropped.
- The "figure-it-out" machine. When you face something unfamiliar, your answer is "give me 24 hours," not "I need a course on that." High slope > high intercept.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in client relationship management, sales, or customer retention is a plus
