Key Responsibilities

  • Handle after-sales support for machines 24/7, ensuring uninterrupted service.
  • Install machines efficiently, ensuring they are ready for optimal performance.
  • Attend breakdown calls from customers and helpdesk, providing prompt resolutions.
  • Perform preventive maintenance as per SLA agreements to enhance machine longevity.
  • Collect payments according to directives from Area Manager/Team Leader.
  • Timely submission of vouchers to streamline administrative processes.
  • Adhere to provided SLAs to meet customer expectations and company standards.
  • Ensure software upgrades are carried out to keep machines up to date.
  • Escalate calls based on the established Escalation Matrix.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 0-5 years of relevant experience in after-sales support or related field.
  • Any Graduate (UG) degree.
  • Any Postgraduate (PG) degree.
  • Doctorate degree not required but valued.
