We are looking for passionate, efficient and confident Travel Consultant who would be part of our core team

• At least 6 months - 3 year experience in handling tour inquiries
• Knowledge in Hills Travel Destinations of Sikkim, Darjeeling and Gangtok.
• Proficient in the basics of tourism industry - Group/FIT, Accommodation/Transport/Flight booking.
• Extremely Good Verbal and Written Communication skills in English, Hindi and Nepali language.
• Aware and self learned in historical importance/ Heritage/culture/geography/tour routes of destinations.
• Good typing speed and knowledge in Microsoft Office Products -Word/Excel, internet.
• Good in calculation, costing/estimation, attention to accuracy.
• Have basic common sense and presence of mind to handle day to day work
• Good persuasive skill and negotiation skills.
• Self driven and self motivated to research on destinations, new tours packages , competitor analysis and market trends.
• Have passion for sales and customer service.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Handle Tour En queries of local places.
• Explain Tour Itinerary and FQAs to the client in a persuasive manner. Earn clients' s confidence and trust.
• Email detail and do timely follow up to ensure closer.
• Coordinate with clients for booking, payment,flight/Hotel, as required.
• Built relationship and confidence with regular clients.
• Contribute in knowledge base and sales/marketing material development.

Pay: ₹8,411.88 - ₹20,885.29 per month
