Job Summary


We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to manage inbound and outbound calls, address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication skills, quick problem-solving ability, and a professional approach to handling customer interactions.


Key Responsibilities


Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner.

Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints via phone.

Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and processes.

Resolve customer issues efficiently or escalate them to the relevant department when required.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM or internal systems.

Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.

Maintain call quality standards, response time, and service KPIs.

Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or guidance.

Adhere to company policies, call scripts, and service procedures.


Requirements


Education: Graduate or Diploma in any field.

Experience: 0–3 years in customer service, call center, or support roles.

Communication: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.

Language: Fluent in English and at least one regional language (Hindi preferred).

Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.


Soft Skills:


Strong problem-solving ability

Patience and empathy with customers

Ability to handle high call volumes

Good time management and multitasking skills


Preferred Qualifications


Experience in BPO / Call Center / Customer Support roles.

Experience with ticketing systems or CRM tools.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Call handling efficiency

Customer satisfaction score (CSAT)

First call resolution rate

Response and follow-up time

  • Location: Preferred from Mira Bhayandar or near by location
