Job Description
Qualifications
- Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills to effectively meet and exceed client expectations
- Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written, to engage with customers and team members
- Sales skills to assist customers in understanding and selecting the best solutions for their needs
- Positive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach
- Experience in customer-facing roles and fluency in local languages is a plus
- Fluent English Communication is must.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in US Process / Customer Support
Strong communication skills (Verbal & Written)
Ability to work in rotational shifts
Good problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of CRM tools
