Must have skills : Oracle Warehouse Management Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education We are seeking a forward-thinking professional with AI-first mindset to design, develop, and deploy intelligent frameworks leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI frameworks within Oracle platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of various Business Functions, a passion for innovation in AI, and rich experience with delivering enterprise grade technology solutions using Gen AI / Agentic AI Frameworks. This role requires the ability to conceptualize and implement AI-driven enhancements to traditional Oracle processes, driving the next generation of enterprise automation and intelligence. Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing solutions that align with business objectives, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing support and enhancements to existing applications while staying updated on industry trends and best practices. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - While the business situation / problem is given ? you will have responsibility to visualize innovative solutions leveraging Accenture?s GenAI & Agentic architecture and the best of available technologies from Oracle , Accenture and other providers. - Engage in end-to-end AI-enabled project delivery: requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and business adoption. - Work with real-time AI platforms, integrating AI insights into enterprise decision-making workflows - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features. Professional & Technical Skills:- -Ability to bridge technical AI concepts with business goals, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment. -Hands-on experience in GenAI (LLMs, embeddings, vector databases) and Agentic AI applications (multi-agent systems, planning, reasoning) ? demonstrated through project implementations -Strong fundamental knowledge of AI lifecycle, data analysis, statistical concepts of ML algorithms (supervised and unsupervised learning) and AI concepts of NN (Neural Networks) and NLP (Natural Language Processing) -Solid grasp of prompt engineering, AI evaluation frameworks, value realization in AI projects. Must To Have Skills: - Proficiency in Oracle Warehouse management - Strong understanding of financial management processes and best practices. - Experience with application development methodologies and frameworks. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively. - Familiarity with integration techniques for connecting various systems. Additional Information:- - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Warehouse management. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
