Must have skills : Automotive ECU Software Good to have skills : NA Minimum 12 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Engineering Manager Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, applying knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools to support projects or clients. You will lead a team in the software development process and ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: Perform local managerial activities and oversee architecture, integration and validation activities ensuring they meet all customer requirements. Identify potential risks and issues early in the development process and implement strategies to mitigate them. Lead problem-solving efforts for any system-related challenges. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets for system development initiatives. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and milestones. Lead initiatives to improve systems engineering processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency, quality, and innovation within the team. Coach, mentor and empower team members to grow into future roles. Professional & Technical Skills: Minimum 7 years of experience in automotive software engineering with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role. Excellent project management skills, with experience in handling complex projects within budget and timeline constraints. In-depth understanding of automotive industry standards, regulations, and certifications (e.g., ISO 26262, AUTOSAR, and ISO/TS 16949). Proficiency in systems engineering tools (e.g., Enterprise Architect/Rhapsody, MATLAB, Simulink, DOORS/Polarion). Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in DSP algorithms using MATLAB/Simulink and Python. This position is based at our Hyderabad office. A 15 years full time education is required.
