A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are tailored to enhance operational efficiency. You will engage in problem-solving activities, contribute to key decisions, and manage the implementation of projects that align with business objectives, all while maintaining a focus on quality and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Marketo Engage. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Journey Optimizer, HTML/CSS, Adobe Real Time CDP, AEM. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience in integrating marketing automation tools with other platforms. - Proficient in data analysis and reporting to drive marketing strategies. -Should be certified as Business Practitioner or Master in above listed skill Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Adobe Marketo Engage. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required. - Immediate joiner will be preferred
