You will oversee the development process and ensure successful project delivery in Mumbai. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the application development process - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements - Ensure timely project delivery Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation - Strong understanding of cloud-based application development - Experience in leading application design and configuration - Knowledge of Oracle Cloud technologies - Hands-on experience in project management - Familiarity with Agile methodologies Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation - This position is based at our Mumbai office - A 15 years full-time education is required
