Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to develop solutions that align with business needs and requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the team in implementing innovative solutions - Ensure timely delivery of projects - Mentor junior team members for their professional growth Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Environment Health & Safety Management - Strong understanding of SAP EHSM modules - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP EHSM solutions - Knowledge of SAP EHSM integration with other SAP modules - Hands-on experience in SAP EHSM implementation - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP ABAP programming Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Environment Health & Safety Management - This position is based at our Chennai office - A 15 years full-time education is required
