Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, fostering an Agile mindset, and creating value across various projects of different scopes and scales. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, ensuring that the development process aligns with the cloud-first, mobile-first approach, while continuously seeking innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and progress. - Mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster a collaborative learning environment. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management. - Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies. - Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Trello. - Ability to effectively communicate project goals and progress to stakeholders. - Familiarity with cloud technologies and mobile application development.
