Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, fostering an Agile mindset, and creating value across various projects of different scopes and scales. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, ensuring that the development process aligns with the cloud-first, mobile-first approach, while continuously seeking innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of Agile methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management. - Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies. - Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Trello. - Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively. - Familiarity with software development life cycle and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Agile Project Management. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required., 15 years full time education
