Your typical day will involve collaborating with teams to develop innovative solutions and contribute to key decisions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions - Customize and configure Salesforce Service Cloud to meet business requirements - Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud - Strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices - Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud implementation - Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning components - Experience in Salesforce integration with external systems Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full-time education is required
