A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and translating them into functional specifications. You will engage in discussions to refine application designs and ensure alignment with business objectives, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. Your role will be pivotal in creating solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for application designs and processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Critical Incident Management. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues. - Experience with application design methodologies and best practices. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders. - Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
