Your typical day will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing modern frameworks, and applying agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the software solutions are tailored to the unique needs of the organization, contributing to the overall success of projects and initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to enhance code quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce DevOps. - Experience with Salesforce development and deployment processes. - Strong understanding of version control systems, particularly Git. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
