Must have skills : Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs and quality standards. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions and provide guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Should be accountable for the overall deliverables of an MS Dynamics CRM technical team - Able to work with Business groups to understand the functional expectations, produce technical solutions and documentation - Able to conceptualize and design solution, independently estimate, lead and validate estimates by the teams for the overall project - Able to conduct code review, design validation, and other related governance activities - Able to own team, develop a work plan and task assignment to the team, own technical impediments of the team, and help troubleshoot/resolve - Should be independently able to customize, develop/code using MS Dynamics 365 and technologies such as C#, .Net, Integration technologies including SQL Server & Kingsway Soft - Able to participate in the Scrum process activities including Sprint Planning and Estimating sessions, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Demos, and sprint retrospectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - Have good years of experience working in an IT environment. - Have more than 4 years of strong experience in MS dynamics 365 implementation & support and extensive experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power apps. - Have excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 modules. - Have strong experience in Web API development and plugins. - Have strong experience in integration technologies including SQL Server & Kingsway Soft to connect internal & third-party systems. - Have strong experience using Microsoft Azure Dev Ops, MS Visual Studio, and MS SQL server. - Have experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM/365. - Have excellent communication and customer-facing skills - Good to have Dynamics CRM certification. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required., 15 years full time education
