Your typical day will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing modern frameworks, and applying agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the software solutions are tailored to the unique needs of the organization, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the systems in place. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to enhance code quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development. - Experience with Apex programming and Visualforce pages. - Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model. - Familiarity with Lightning components and Salesforce APIs. - Ability to implement and manage Salesforce integrations with other systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Development. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required., 15 years full time education
